Looks like the Sweet Steppers took a winter break, but we will be jumping it up again soon! Hopefully with some new tricks, too. ~ R

Fremont Solstice 2009!

Well, folks, The Sweet Steppers have officially entered the scene and will be a permanent fixture with OntheDouble (dutch). They are SO awesome and we entertained, taught and had a super fun time at the Fremont Solstice Festival today. Thanks for coming or too bad you missed it. But wait, there's more! If you enjoyed today's show or missed it, you can see us again in all our jumping glory, next weekend at Georgetown's Artopia at 7pm! I love double dutch. Oh and check out Ropeworks tomorrow at the Fremont Solstice Festival: Waterfront Stage 1pm...super rad rope jumping! Word. Aj

Next to last day of school

Practice

on saturday we had our first practice where everyone was there. We got started on our routine for the Solstice Festival, but we still haven't figured it all out. It's going to have a really cool ending, but we might mess up on it. That's all. I can't really think of anything else. ----H

More Practices!

The last 2 practices were on Thursday and Saturday. Three of us practiced on Thursday. We worked on switch outs and a lot of other things. Warming up is getting easier and faster. On Saturday, we all practiced at a park across the street from A's house. We practiced on Saturday because we missed last Tuesday. This was the first time we all 4 practiced together. We practiced for about 4 hours! We started to sort of start to plan a routine for the Solstice Festival. Afterwards we hung out at A's house. It was fun!
